I started as an OTR driver, spending 14 years behind the wheel, navigating the open roads and learning the ins and outs of this incredible profession. My journey took me through logistics and recruiting roles at companies like Frozen Food Express and Heartland Express, Epes Transportation, Central Transport where I discovered the true heart of this industry—the drivers.
As the Chief of Operations for Stella Express and Your Transportation Experts on Facebook, I saw firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with this job. I’ve dedicated myself to advocating for drivers, helping over a thousand find amazing opportunities in just one year. With a community of over 27,000 drivers following my journey on Facebook, I’m here to tell you that you’re not alone.

Having grown up in Lithuania Europe, I understand the complexities of our industry and the critical importance of communication. The biggest challenge we face in trucking is bridging those gaps. My experience as the former Sales Director of ELECTRUM in Europe, where I managed over 600 people daily, taught me the value of clear dialogue. Additionally, during my four years as President of Your Transportation Experts in the USA. I learned quickly who knows there job and the ones that are full of lies and stealing from hard working people. I connected with over 27,000 followers through Facebook, helping thousands of drivers navigate their journeys. My goal is to ensure that companies transitioning from Europe to the USA can do so seamlessly, while also helping drivers in the USA have better experiences in an environment where every driver feels supported and heard.
